Is this Considered an Accident?

Haiz.. never thought that it would happen to me.. haiz.. the already broke me will be "broker" in another few days.

While getting ready to go school this afternoon, i already felt uneasy. Not deja vu, but something was really not right. Left home a little bit earlier, something unusual.. i should have known by then.

Drove to school, and everything seems alright.. but at the carpark, it was a wrong decision made. I said wrong decision doesn't mean i was in the wrong.. just that i didn't take into account what wrong the other party might do.

Let the picture say the thousand word ba..

1. i was behind the white car when the driver suddenly moved to the opposite lane.

2. No hazard lights, no break lights, nothing or whatsoever from the white car, i moved forward.

3. While moving.. i suddenly realised that the white car was actually doing a reverse parking.

4. And as it does, my lane was cut off.. couldn't get out of the way.



And what was damn horrifying was that even after impact, the driver didn't realise that she had a collision. OMG.. perhaps driving instructor never teach them to use side mirror. I was so damn pek chek.. argh.. spoilt my whole afternoon.

It was raining when i assessed the damage.. thought it was just a scratch. But when break time came, i realised there was actually a dent.. nb.. this time siao liao lor.. pocket going to get burnt again.

Everything also got its 1st time.. sigh.. and i never got into this kind of shit before.. so a bit lost. Didn't really know what to do.. claim insurance? Report police? Or make the other driver pay? Or pay for it myself?

Afterall, i saw, i wasn't at fault. Fault was that she didn't use her side mirror. Ok.. maybe my fault was that i didn't horn before the accident. Sigh. I shall use the horn indiscriminately from now on.

Drove to amk to the garage to get the whole quote.. and it came to $230 after discount. Coz got a dent le.. then more expensive. Come monday, need to meet up with the driver to settle. Hope to get partial settlement.. i don't think anyone will bear full responsibility, especially when it comes to money matter.

Argh..how come so suay? Today not friday 13th leh.. is 8th.

Still have to account it to my sis... confirm tio bomb de.. but no choice ba.. who ask me so suay? Maybe go buy 4D wor.
