Lucky Pakki

I think the mini Schnauzer in my house is quite lucky le lor..

1st thing, my mom pampers (not let him wear pampers la..)to the max lor. Next time it'll happen to her grandchild (if any). Haha.. like everything also give in to the puppy. I think at this rate, he'll be king soon.

Dad on the other hand tried hard to remain in control (at least of the dog).. haha.. but i think pakki got many guardians to watch over him lor.. haha.. so dad couldn't use the "magic wand" to punish him.

And of coz, sis who although didn't want to keep him in the 1st place also very diligently bathe him every week, dry him and provide for his food. Plus she bought him his new bed which he sleeps in every night.

Me lei? Hahaha.. i like to visit PLC (pet lover's ****** - lol.. don't want to do advertising here.. haha) and on top of the 15% discount i get as a member, i can get most of the things i want from there. Hahaha.. if i got the chance, i'd work there too.

So today, bought pakki new toys and a new "toilet". Haha.. his basic toilet training is completed. Now he treats his old crate as his toilet.. but having the cage in the middle of the living is so ugly and smelly. My kitchen has no space too.. so bought a pee pent for him. Plus.. since he likes to play catching with balls.. i bought one modified tennis ball for him.. haha.. i could put some treats inside and make him busy for the whole day lor.. LOL. Spent quite a bit today.. and so they gave me a "free" gift as always.. on top of the discout! Wahahaha.. where to find such a deal? So nice lor.

So with all the new toys.. plus one mini basket of toys he already had.. i think this puppy is set to ascend the throne by the age of one lor.. haha.


The things i bought for pakki today.. whoa.. quite ex though altogether.. haha.. time to cut down on my expenses.

@ the Zoo

I was at the zoo today! Haha.. after like so many years.. finally re-visited it.

It was the SIAEC Carnival wor.. and my friend in SNCO got me the tix for entry (meals included.. plus ice-cream also.. whaha..).. and it was.. FOC (for me at least =D) Special thanks to ml.. (you know who you are.. haha)

So before boarding the chartered bus to zoo, a familiar face saw me. (LOL.. couldn't say i saw a familiar face.. i don't even have any idea who that person was lor.. so bad of me huh) Anyway, sh from wss was there too. Was my sis's junior, and supposed to be of my batch.. but i really have no recollection. Something very wrong with my memory huh.. haha.. wondered what is left of my secondary school days. So they told me, "Nu da shi ba bian".. and i said , "yalor...." but before i could complete my sentence.. i think i got hit.. haha.. as if it was so easy to read my mind. LOL.. nevertheless, reached the zoo quite early and assembled at the carpark for treasure hunt.

Jamie Yeo was there wor. Well.. i think reality really differs from the tv. So there were so many of us, we split up to do the hunt.. haha.. in the end, still didn't win. Quite disappointing though. LOL.. a bit like the "SMRT Challenge" lor.. but seriously, i think i had quite enough of games in SRC le. Do until want to puke le lor.. haha.. don't know anyone wants to hire the excos 05/06 to do events as such or not.. whaha.

Then rain came.. and the animals all very ke lian. I don't know why lei.. but like caged in a bit like restricting their freedom like that. Perhaps i've watched too much tv on scv.. thought they would be running around "happily" (if they are running away from predators, i don't think they will be happy ba..). But the space is quite small.. for a dog like pakki given access to 80% of the area of the house, he still find it boring.. what about the big cats? Hmm.. but then again, having less freedom or face extinction in the wild.. it'ssomething not for me to say.

Lunch was nice.. KFC! Wahha.. better than the other one we used in FOD anyway. LOL.. KFC is always nicer. LOL.. nice lunch but.. great disappointment that the ice-creams were out of stock. LOL.. how can? Hahah.. sponsor play "cheat" de.. didn't sponsor enough right? LOL.. kidding.

Anyway, of all, enjoyed the show by the elephants the most. They are.. well, so trainable and playful. But i believe that, training is nothing wrong.. so long as the method doesn't create physical and mental stress for the animal.. and the act they are supposed to do doesn't require them to do something out of the ordinary. For example asking a lion to walk on twos ba..

Super long day.. haha.. and quite tired as always coz i slept at 4.30am last night and woke up early today.. haha.. and now is already 3 am le.. lol.. still got to wake up early tomorrow..

Just some more Nonsense

While most of my schoolmates are busy looking for jobs (I hope they are.. haha..), i'm actually quite looking forward to the new sem in school. I want to study as much as i can.. wahah..

The results.. don't know when they will be out.. i just want to know how many modules i passed.. lol.. of coz, looking forward to my LBO result.. I've put in sooo much effort lor. LOL. I want a 2nd lower at least. Wasn't easy for my writting speed though to score such.. coz i write so wols.

Why didn't they use typing instead of writing? Then they would have so much less problems.. less mine too. Hahah.. for example:

1) problem of using correction fluid,
2) saving the trees
3) saving ink
4) problem of papers getting lost etc.
5) problem legibility
6) the need to use a frail string to tie the papers together
7) spelling errors (with the aid of spell check)
8) ease shifting of paragraphs/ editing the essay as a whole
9) speed in typing

Of coz, this is just something IN MY OWN OPINION. Need not contest with me with the benefits of using the traditional way of having an exam. LOL.. in anycase, i'm trying to be nonsensical while trying to convey some truths.. it indeed save paper at least ba.. haha

Well.. some people said.. because not everyone can type.. ya lor.. practice la! LOL.. oh ya.. in the future.. we might be doing our exams with laptops huh.. who knows? But at least not at the moment. Some things just like to remain primitive.

For example, the number of financial tools provided in our financial market (i mean OUR) does have some difficulty for us to short sell during the bearish season. It was supposed to save guard the interest of the buyers ba. In theory, there is no limit to the potential and/or risk of shorting.. i think that's why. But then again, there are solution offered in the US.. so what is this? Developing ba.. one might say.

So while developing, the market made another plunge this rainy friday. It was 80 over points down.. huh.. so indeed it came, but sooner than i thought. Well.. well.. never believe too much of what people say (or what i blogged either).. for for every truths there are, there are bound to be half-nots. Also, there is a thing call propaganda so long as enough was done.. the not so credible thing became the truth. Read the "Crucible" before? You'll get the meaning.

So they say this they say that.. (who are "they" anyway?) they say that it was going to be beyond 4000 points at the year end.. well.. it was, IN MY OPINION (must really put IMO leh.. people are so offended if their views are being criticised.. lol.. so this is purely IMO.. i might be wrong too) kind of self-fulfilling. So long as you get many doing the same (like buying up a share), it will go up.. just that nobody is losing money as long as there are people willing to pay more.. and as many bided for it, the price increase and so those who bought at the outset will benefit. So.. who are the losers? They are those that chase the profits at the wrong time.. that is, when the security is over-priced.. and still offered to buy at a premium. It is true that many over-priced stocks still have the potential to gain.. so long as people continue to bid for it.. but for everything, there is a limit. When the limit is reached, people will start selling.. and when you get enough people the same thing, they practically sell down the market. Add in a few more other psychological aspect of investing.. i think a lot of people will try to get out of the market, making the problem worse.

In the end, those who are tempted to chase profit without realising the risk of the market will get their fingers burnt. It is, a risk/return game.. think more 1st please.. if not, just go in casino bet lor.. the outcome is nearly the same as those not doing "homework" before investing.

Of coz, it is possible for anyone to reap what others had sowed. Even auntie can top the bankers in warrent trading.. haha.. that is, if you use common sense and limit greed. Run before it is too late lo.. the losers are those who bought last (during bull), and those who sells first (during bear)(In theory, if you don't sell, you won't realise lost.. it is just paper lost. But then, if you paid for something at a premium about premium.. it might take more than a lifetime to get back to the same level). Common sense huh? Hahah.. yah.. but the only problem is identifying the bull and bear.

It was easier said than done, of coz i know.. if not, i'd be not here sitting and blogging le. The hardest part is identifying the animals lor.. haha.. even till now.. i'm still a greenhorn at the market.. lol.. easy to make mistakes lor.

Anyway, i do hope that the market will not continue to plunge like that.. it has stong implication on the economy and other issues. So shall wait for monday and see what it is like.

"Not in the Mood"

Almost finished watching "1 litre of tears" when my wireless adaptor want to create some suspense of some sort through malfuctioning. LOL.. i was almost 3/4 done le lor.

Well.. it was such as sad story lor.. but really liked it. Somehow, it made my heart ache a bit. Time to cherish a few.. i wouldn't want anyone out of my life anymore.

Might be going zoo this saturday.. whaha.. with the few from band. LOL.. must try to do some "healthy" activity le. No la.. actually wanted to see what the zoo is really like. Been there before, but.. i think i was too young then to appreciate. Now very much older.. haha.. perhaps will be able to learn a few more things from the visit ba.

Still a few more days to go.. saturday's band was cancelled.. might as well. I'm having ulcer also.. can't play.

And even though i'm being bored, it doesn't mean i'm doing nothing. I'm just bored with the mundane.

Read an article about online "hazards" and also what we do as an individual that can haunt us some time later.. ooo.. i guess from now on, i shall be discreet. LOL.. if not, next time die liao also don't know kena hit from where.. haha.

The other time, my mentor in PL told me he's going to close down his blog coz he ORD(ed) already.. the employer/client might chance upon his blog.. and imagine the rest ba. I'm too lazy to point out the obvious.

Ah.. nevermind. I'm saying too much.. the rest shall be in the "unpublished" section ba.

By the way, i'm quite well these days.. just being bored. Haha.. i'm just not in the mood to be in other mood. And perhaps.. found some time to push myself along the way ba.. the coming sem.. hahaha.. perhaps.. might be the best ever. (i'm just wasting too much time huh?)

Beside Me

Yesterday while watching "1 litre" at midnight, i heard pakki's bell outside my room. (ya.. he wears a bell like xiao ding dang..) So i let him in lor.. and then he start to be funny. Kept chewing this and that.. haha.. until he got tired.

I think sis just got a "superglue" dog le.. Pakki kept following me! LOL..i go pee he also wanna go.. and worst of all, he knows how to open the door to the toilet. LOL. (the lock is sometimes faulty) LOL.. so like that lor..

Pakki just like to be beside.. haha.. what more can i ask for? So i let him slept beside my bed last night lor.. haha.. and around 3 am, the hamsters woke him while trying to dismantle the running wheel.. lol.. and so i woke up too. Then Pakki pooed at 3 am... lol.. what a time.

Anyway, cleared the poo and i went back to sleep.. pakki slept in my room again.. hahah.. omg.. got 1 superglue le. LOL.. but he woke me up again at 5am.. and start to be funny again.. (chew cardboard and all that..).. luckily mom woke up and i think he prefers my mom.. haha..

Luckily for me.. if not, i think i'll need to wake up at 5 le.

Bored Till I

Been almost bored to death these few days. Of coz, i'm staying much at home trying to recuperate.. only today that i'm starting to feel so much better. The reflux was almost gone.. almost. Hahaha.. but already felt so much better, with my appetite returning. LOL.. i can be without most things.. but good food is definately not one. LOL.. of coz.. i am very very much looking forward to the bbq coming next week. Wahaha..

These few days had not been eating well, but i gained weight. Wahahahaa... already 12 kgs heavier than that since the last gastric flu 2 years ago. LOL.. at this rate, i can hit my target in another 2 years or so. Too bad i'm a very picky eater.. haha.. if not, i think i'll ballooned lo.

So bored that i took up jap drama watching.. whaha.. yy introduced the "liar game" to us. It was very nice indeed! I like the plot lor.. like it's always so smart. Well.. perhaps can ignore the idea that being honest is bad.. lol.. other than that.. it showed a lot of probabilities and a lot of stategic thinking. Very nice indeed.

And bored till i watched the repeat of "a litre of tears" on scv.. it was supposed to be from a real life story. Ya.. seeing the pic of the little girl at the end of the 1st episode kind of made me realise that i was watching the story of a real person.. not drama. Oh.. perhaps i need to prepare a 1.5 litre bottle to collect tears.. whahaha.. well.. maybe not.. i don't have much tears left.

Super bored that i went online to search for the battles of the spartans.. whaha.. since i've watched "300".. whoa.. there is too much to read.. and a lot of things are linked.. so 1 thing leads to another.. so read for almost 2 hours.. lol.

I'm bored.. and so, a boring entry. LOL.

Meeting with YJC-ians

Yesterday, went to meet up with my JC bandmates.

LOL.. it was like.. erm.. years since we last met.. haha.. it was really fun too hear from each of them.. well, at least the delightful happenings.

Went newyork newyork for lunch.. but wasn't really that satisfied.. whahaa... coz the staff were quite slow.. plus i have gastric problems.. haha.. so nowadays didn't have the appetite. Might be going to see gp again soon.. haha.. i want to enjoy bbq food de leh.. Nevertheless, did learn something "new".. lol.. then they told me how to calculate the additional 17% on top of our orders.. haha.. i always thought it was 117% we are paying.. but no.. they said need to multiply by .1 then by .07.. whahaha... now then i know.

Then after lunch, chill there for a while before deciding on going to k box.. lol.. like years never go k box le lor.. i've already took out the card from my wallet le. LOL.. i think maybe perhaps that i realised that singing wasn't suitable.. haha.. of coz, sing for fun maybe.. but seriously not for anything else. And since it was taken away, i didn't really sing that much.. and my range fell too.. whahaha.. so was "cheating" all my way through (by lowering the key by 1 tone or more.. haha..). But ernest sang very well~! And sounds very nice too. Then someone select the song "san hu hai".. then don't know why i end up singing the lara part.. whahaha.. but it was nice.. just that range too high.

By the time we were done, it was already 9pm.. chose to ate at food republic.. but sadly.. it was another disappointment.. was it my expectations that were too high, or that i didn't have the appetite or were they really nto that good? I don't know.. but certaintly not worth the price.

Back home, saw pakki with a bell on his neck.. omg.. now he really looks like a cat.. hahaha.. of coz, i don't thnk he like the sound of it either.. but for his 'safety' in the dark, it's already a better alternative for a bell that lits up.. whaha.. poor pakki. Anyway, he slept in my room last night.. lol.. too tired to chase him out le.. ahha.. i was using my comp and he just came and lie down in my room.. lol.. so superglue de. Didn't have the heart to wake him up and ask him to go out lor.. aww.. And that day, while the rest of us were asleep at 4am.. this dog came and knock on my parent's room.. with his toy.. whahahaa.. he knows how to ask people to accompany him to play huh.. but at 4am? LOL.. he does have some very weird pattern.

Been kind of tired after a week of visiting the past.. i think, there's nothing that could be changed.. of coz, nothing from the past, but a lot more to expect from the future... it will definately change the way i see things.. now matter what.. and i don't think it can be a bad thing.. lol.. i won't "walk backwards" from where i left.. lol.. the only thing going backward is my cash.. whahahaa

Visiting GP

Saw another GP today.. coz my GP went for lunch. Zzz.. and the one next door charged me so high lor.. already broked le.

Nowadays, it cost almost $30 to see a doctor.. whahaa.. so expensive.. but so long i can recover, i don't think i will mind.

Just as i've expected..

Was off to PS this noon.. i think haven't been there for quite some time le.. haha.. ya.. and it changed a lot.

Very tired these few days.. i also don't know why.

Feeling kind of unwell coz my throat kept having that kind of burning sensation.. kept feeling wanting to puke and its been around for almost 2 weeks le. Must really go find my GP le.. sian.. cost money again.

Today was out meeting my secondary school friends for lunch.. then i was off to bugis to buy some thing.. lol.. saw my primary school friend at bugis street.. lol.. so qiao right? Hahaha.. i think sg is too small le lo.

Anyway, didn't get what i intend to get, and got things that i didn't plan to buy.. lol.. what the.. haha..

Pakki was granted his full freedom le.. hahaha.. i think he must be very happy to roam around wherever he like, and eat whatever he wants from the floor.. zzz... but now, if the villagers return home, he won't rush out the gates.. whahaha.. coz got train de. Anyway, went to PLC to shop for pakki.. found a replacement pee pent for him at $47.25.. and it's made of plastic de. Wow.. nowadays the dogs so lucky de. The black carpet will be out every night.. and its quite fun to see him sleep inside his own bed.. hahah.. he knows it, just that sometimes its just too warm le. LOL.. so in case we stepped on him, i suggest to hang a lightbulb on his collar.. whahaa.. then my mom says, "then he looks like fireflies le". LOL...

Ya.. so, another thing settled. Next up, chalet.. lol.. i think must all bring individual plastic bags le.. sigh. Am i supposed to bring trash bag? I think my pattern was being discovered.. argh.. but i'm looking forward for the bbq leh.. hahaa.. see what my gp says tomorrow.

Was wondering.. huh.. sigh. I mean, it was always the case huh.. haiz.. will i ever learn?

Should be the "finale" le.. haha.. think my pocket got hole becoz of the GST.. i don't blame GST on its on.. coz VAT are somewhat higher.. with a 2% hike.. i can take it.. but...................... evil businessman tried to mix the water touch the fish. Things are rather blown out of proportion.

2% can magnified to 1/6 huh? What kind of idiotic logic is this? I don't see the income be magnified. I just don't like the concept of econs.. no wonder i didn't include them in my modules. LOL.. i felt that.. it was just a tool for those who are able.. of coz, not to say so much as it can be quite sensitive. I don't want my blog to be closed down.. haha.

Anyway, i think we can't do much also.. neither can CASE.. its up to consumers.. but, we don't really have much choice. Like the steamboat which increased 80 cents out of $12.. 2%? My foot. Market forces can't do much too.. if not, these people won't have the cheek to increase so much at 1 go.

Suan le.. i complain also no point.. coz already paid for everything.. sad. Oh yah.. did i mention that the takopachi increased 20 cents already? Haha.. this is the trend.

There are some things that got me quite used to. Like my friend said, maybe close 1 eye.. i think i need to close both eyes at times.. haha.. but i am ok.. i knew, there was no where else except forward.. just it took me quite some time to understand. What to do? LOL.. guys mature like treasury bills as seen in one email.. whaha.. it just take them so long.

Oh ya.. today heard something super funny.. haha.. about thunderbirds and transformers' bumble bee.. lol! Both are cartoons of my time... and it was referred to some other things.. lol.. hopefully, i won't tio the thunderbird.. (then i am the bee).. lol.. of coz.. i might have given up on being one myself.. whahaha..

Today saw someone on the swing.. zz.. felt so paiseh lor.

And i got ps by the one kuula again.. as expected. Hahaha.. nothing new, so nothing much to feel.

That day, my cousin said something that made me quite impressed. LOL.. i think at our age.. being older doesn't mean much anymore.. haha.. and when he said that it was such.. i totally realised. And perhaps, it happens to all.. just that it matters to me most when i'm the one at the receiving end.

Past 2 Days

Kind of being speechless after all that had happened.

Was given a kind of choking feeling last monday morning.. i also didn't see it coming. I wanted to think that, nothing had changed so far, and all was well.. Perhaps, i was wrong.

Can't find the exact words to describe the kind of "emo" that went through.. i really don't know why it was such. Other than that, things were rather clear.

Of coz, it was another piece of 'history' that affected people around.. even till now.. and, it couldn't be contracted out.

Maybe was feeling a bit miserable over what had happened.. but nothing much to be done for they are of past.. just hoped that the whole cloud (of whatever) would disperse. Knowing that was, indirectly caused by me (or whatever).. i have somehow, felt guilty. Yet in such, there is no one particular blame to be pushed.. there are just too many of variables that might just cause things to not work well.

I don't think anyone understands what i'm trying to say here.. coz i also don't know how i shall blog. Maybe just keep it somewhere close ba.

Personally, i have said what i wanted to.. i don't think there is any need for any other one else to know.. i shall give all my blessings to.

Was actually 'stunned' for 2 days.. coz been wanting to blog, yet didn't know how.. but i was glad perhaps some "sense" was being knocked into me.. haha.. though the process of being knocked isn't what one might enjoy.. haha.. nevertheless.. was doing what i always said i wanted to.. yalor.. just "what is stopping me"? Sure ain't easy to keep pushing.. i shall. There are many reason.. and definately it was becoz of.

Anyway, just to keep things going..

Yesterday, my cousin came over to my place.. lol.. it was quite rare. Ya.. intending to "transfer" my bass guitar over to him at a premium price.. lol.. if not, i'll auction it off le. Haven't been playing the bass for quite some time.. think a year plus le.. so might as well clear the space. Thankfully my cousin was keen in that instrumnent.. if not, it would be a waste to sell off cheaply to the masses.

Went grandma's place in the evening.. lol.. so happy that aunt kam (my cousin's mom) bought some sushi for me.. wahaha.. i was already craving for jap food in the afternoon lor.. and then just like that, it appeared.. whahaa.. must be my good fortune huh?

Pakki was granted his access to most part of the village, including my room.. sigh. But he wasn't given the green light to be outside at night.. coz he too dark to see in the night le.. haha.. scared he camo as a black carpet then we might accidently stepped on him in the dark lor.. haha.. but i'm working to grant him his 'right'. Whahah..

I think my mom loves him very much lor.. this morning, she went to "joy donkey" (it was supposed to be joy doggy.. coz my mom always pronouce things rather interestingly).. to look for a long term solution to pakki's peeing place. Was given a choice of a stainless steel grid that cost $160!!!! Wow.. nowadays the dog huh.. haha.. so xin fu. But no la.. a bit too steep le. So maybe go find some alternative lor.. like the bbq grill or such.. whahaha..

And this morning, pakki learnt how to play dead.. zzz. This was taught by dad. LOL.. Nothing much to teach him le.. haha.. already 7 months old.. i can't wait to watch him grow till the age of 1.. then i shall bring him around my neighbourhood to make new friends.. (for him that is).. i don't think i want to make a lot of auntie friends.. whahaha.. just kidding.

Morning Gongyo

This morning, i went for my morning gongyo.. haha.. or rather, the intended morning gongyo.. but by the time i reached, it was already late... very late lor.. ended up doing only dmk. LOL.. sad.

Actually, i should have reached rather early de.. but haven't been to TBSC for so many years le.. i think maybe 4-5 years ago.. hahaha.. and i wrongly thought that 855 got reach. Then i alight earlier thinking that i have reached and chose not to listen to my mom's "online" street directory.. (i called back to ask her to look up for the place for me..).. haha.. i can be so stubborn at times.

In the end, i have to bear the consequence lor. Walked around 30 minutes.. waaah.. reached TBSC at 8.30 am.. lol.. think my legs are breaking le.

Don't know where pain is coming from.. and i mean physical one.. sianz leh.. i don't want a relaspe.. but had been facing some health problems.. perhaps of the irregular eating and sleeping times. Of coz, i do cherish my health more.. (ignore that i gluped shooters like it's free.. well almost at $3.50 each.. wahaha..).. just kidding.. but really do see a decline in my health. Was have some digestive problems again.. sigh.. and plus the old arthritic is coming again.. wahhh.. sian.

I think i'm going to turn in soon.. depends.. lol.. i woke up so early this morning lor.. haha.. 6.30am leh.. lol.. and now it's only 9pm.. but better to tune my health back.. if not chwee..

My DIY Again

LOL.. 3rd entry coz didn't want to lump all in one entry.. plus can increase the number of posts also.. hahaa..

Today on my way home, bought a soldering iron (and solder) from the local hardware stall to fix my wireless usb adapter. Whahaha..

The adapter was damaged by me the other time while i was trying to make a connection, i bent it until the usb part broke.. hahaha.. and then i took the casing out. Found that the electronics wasn't spoilt.. coz when i bent the usb adapter to almost 15 degrees where the connection met, the LED lit up! Hhaaha.. so to fix it permenantly, decided to solder it.

But darn.. D & T didn't teach me! (my year that time, we were only doing D & T for lower secondary) So i was very clumsy in soldering.. and in the process got a minor shock for holding the circuit board directly.. lol.. it was.. so difficult.. the solder just evaporated before i can bind the 2 sides.. whahaa.. think i must practice more le..

Anyway, couldn't think of anything else to solder.. whaha.. and the fumes for the lead solder is toxic..

Well, got it up and running again.. after all, it beats having to spend some money for a replacement adapter.. (my spare was down too).. and i got to learn something in the process.. plus, i got a soldering iron for future uses.. whahaa.. nice.

I've Discovered.

These few days, while msn-ing, i discovered the reason why i couldn't do things well. I've been adopting a fence-sitting policy as always, and hence, i'd try to balance the 2 different spectrum. The end result, i was neither here nor there.. and i've been contradicting myself too much.. no wonder.. it never seems to work.

Knowing doesn't mean anything.. and i guess nothing much will change.

Anyway, was back from OO again.. haha.. long time didn't club and sadly, it still doesn't conclude the crubbing spree. It's been the 4th since the last exam a month ago.. and perhaps, there will be more the coming week.

I was given a choice: to crub or to attend a concert.. but i chose to crub.. like what i was told, perhaps i truly belonged to the "orh um" (dark)side. I wasn't that in the past.. but it no longer matters.

Crubbing this time round was rather fierce.. don't know what happened.. all too 'sad' le? Hahahaha.. of coz, we all have our own problems that even sharing can't help much.

Been bothered quite a lot by certain things.. and i think the only way of solving is ignoring. Perhaps it will not solve permanantly.. and it might never will.. but this is the best solution so far.

I'll blog ambiguously, for i'm just like that.. saying will relieve my stress, yet saying too much will make me vulnerable.. so i chose somewhere in between. As i've said.. perhaps somewhere down the road.. i don't even remember what i'm blogging about.. whahaa...

Rather tired from all the liquor.. lol.. i've lost count of how much i had spent.. perhaps in the 80s ba.. again. Then the kuula jioed for mambo the coming wednesday .. whahaha.. what? I print money 1 is it? But i guess, it only knock that once.. money after all, should not be the master of our life. I wondered, why, people seek the abyss of desire.. one which couldn't be fulfilled. Don't they get it? it will NEVER be enough.. no matter how much.

Yet with regards to cash, i've been growing sour grapes in my farm recently.. haha.. all because of the bullish trend of the economy. I've wondered.. how come money can alter the ego of people so drastically.. it seems to piss me quite a bit. LOL.. after all, i'm just a man.. i will feel.

Surprised was that the village chief have offered me a "loan".. but i was wondering... do i really need to prove something? I guess i rather not.. afterall, the whole life game was about me and me winning myself.. who cares about the others? I mean, so long they don't come and hao lian la.. it can be quite irritating at times.

I think, i'm quite comfotable the way i am now, less a few things and a few more.. The list never ends, and hence so are my desires.

Of coz, there are just too much to be done.. for there is only one chance at times. Read from the ST of the recent accident that happened.. it is really.. unpredictable. So.. why not? For chances are few.

I've been BUI (blogging under influence).. but i'm rather awake.. just waiting for my hair to dry.. haha.. i'm very awake lor, and i've just finished my instant noodles.. the 3rd in this week.. wah lao eh.. quite sian liao leh... haha..

SSA Youth Festival

Been rather busy these few days because i need to type the stock list for the chocolate factory. Overall, the chocolates are getting cheaper, with direct imports from hk.. lol.. i think i've learnt a few.. a few more, and i shall go get rid of the bugs around.

Something to Update

Changed my msn account today le.. finally lor.. can get rid of an email that i'm not using anymore.

Updating was easy.. if anyone were to update 1 by 1.. i really don't know what to say.. hah.. there is a function to save and import.

Anyway, it's fun to know that half of the list of contacts are msn active. LOL.. At least my msn is half-full.

Been taught on how to earn money online.. and i'm still learning from my mentor in PL.. haha.. but i'm too lazy to create this and that.. maybe soon, i'll have a few sub blogs.. those bent on earning cash from ads.. lol.. but not this ba.

Few days back, heard that one of my friend is not feeling well.. we haven't been in contact for a few years, and even though the msn is always there, the hp no. is always there, but just that we never kept in touch. And suddenly, i got some kind of a shock.. and it makes me quite uncomfortable.. i mean.. the feeling is not good knowing that one of your friend is having problems.

Problems that can be solved using cash is never a problem.. unless you have no cash la.. but other than that.. i really don't know where to turn to.. perhaps faith can provide me an answer?

It won't be convenient to say too much, just that i felt, i was blessed with one friend that really touches my heart.... and i would, if i could.

If Megatron knew he would die in the search for the allspark, would he have done so? Too bad he was thrown into the sea le.. if not i'd like to ask him.

But he wouldn't have know.. nobody would.. not even allspark itself.

The performance for 070707 ended.. LOL.. following the previous night's sound check, i think all of us really have gone crazy. Imagine had to be seated from 11am till 11pm.. whahaha.. (of coz there are lunch and dinner breaks..) but just hearing the messages alone is enough.

I'm too tired to blog the details or to post photos.. haha.. but i broke my 2.0 pix camera today.. sob.. and of coz, saw a few more familiar faces around, suddenly as if like a thumbdrive, i went back to memory lane.

I guess, it was more of paiseh than anything else.. lol.. but i was glad.

I always thought, people and environment might have changed a lot, and i couldn't cope with their changes.. but on another perspective.. maybe there could be another reason.. i was the one who is changing. Growing itself is a change... and i got to know more, got to see more.. and then realised a lot that was there all a long.. just that i was too young to notice.. then i kept asking why.. why there was so much problems compared to the past. Ya.. it will get more complicated.. as i get more sophisticated.

I really am very tired today.. lol.. still got pictures of today's performance.. plus the good food i had during the trip in hk.. haha... all coming up.

Transformers - more than meets the eye

Went for movie the following day after i reached SG.

Watched Transformers with the rest of the usual few, and it was a very nice show! Super nice lor.. a must watch.

But i do have a few critiques of my own.. hahah.. coz i watched the show, and then there were so many questions unanswered.

First of all, i can't tell the deceps from the autos.. whahahaa... they don't have much colour coding de.. and hor.. why must the bad guys be in military or law enforcement agencies? LOL.. a bit contra leh.

And also, a few of those editing errors.. whahaah.. have you even wondered where some of the transformers go during the show? LOL.. for 1, barricade (the police car) wasn't destroyed.. and nothing was said about it.

Not happy was why Jazz (the autobots) was killed just like that? Pull apart then die le.. i mean.. want to kill kill the other few lor.. especially the firefighter (Ratchet).. wahahha.. i don't like that anyway. But why jazz? He's so cool... Wahaha..

HK Trip: Day 4 - 02Jul07

Woked up and was super high in morale. LOL.. not because of the black label.. but was because it was a day to go back to sg! LOL.. i missed sg so much leh. (by now, the 7% GST had already been implemented.. aww...)

Went to Kowloon Bay to do shopping again.. wahhaa.. breakfast there was nice and classy. Oh.. and slightly expensive too. LOL.. what to do? Win money must reward a bit ma.. lol.

Then i didn't buy much clothes.. lol.. if it was DS or PSP games.. it might be a different story.. but too bad.

In the end, i had only used half of the funds i brought over to hk lor.. zz.. bring so much don't know for what.. haha.. but i think it is because we didn't go clubbing that's why left a bit more lor.

On the way back, switched on my hp.. finally got reception le lor.. and then i saw so many messages. LOL.. but sadly, it was time to go back to my hotel to get ready for the return trip at 5 pm.


HK airport~ Very new and very nice wor!

The flight home was very sian. I think sometimes, even people of the same country are very inconsiderate. I was watching the show "300" in the small LCD screen at the headrest of the of seat in front when suddenly the idiot (someone who carries the same passport as me sadly) pushed his seat all the way back.. tmd la... nnb.. then i see what? Want me to get myopia ar? Super inconsiderate lor. And the worst part was, his dad was seated beside me.. no wonder la.. had this kind of dad then got this kind of son. Nb.. want to have room go buy business class tickets la.. NB. Super pissed la.. coz the family keep doing all kinds of request to the air stewards (that side all guys leh.. so sian.. wahhahaa..).. and they've got an alcoholic parents.. i never see people take plane to whack red wine de lor.. why? Budget for money ar? Might as well take out plastic bag to tah bao la. Can't stand people like them.. then their children kept asking for extra breads, drinks and such.. i know leh.. pay money liao must make full use.. but IMOO, i think this is call gian peng. Why can't they carry themselves in a modest way? But on the other hand, they won't get eaten ba.. but maybe this is where the society is heading.. coz i see people around me starting to behave in the manner.. super irritating leh.

Something else happened on the flight.. and my impression with the carrier changed drastically. I almost hoped i was on another carrier. But i think i rather not pursue the matter.. coz it was not mine in the 1st place. I have nothing to begin with.

Reached early, but the DFS queue was super long.. what to do? Same passport de all behave like that leh.. hahaa.. sad.

On the whole, quite an alright trip.. lol.. i think i had shown a lot of my AP on the way and chute some pattern.. it was quite difficult to coordinate a trip as such.. but i would visit hk someday again. I just am so used to my own pace.

HK Trip: Day 3 - 01Jul07 (Gambling in Macau)

The 3rd day of my HK trip, was set to go macau to win some money.. LOL. Woke up super early to catch the 7.30am ferry. Had to reach the terminal 15 mins before, plus, drank up till the 1/4 mark of the black label.. haha.. so had a bit headache.

Luckily i brought along my passport.. i didn't know that tourist need them to travel to macau.. lol.. not like sg and sentosa wor.. hahaha. I thought they are supposed to be the same country.. lol.. a little history on macau.. macau was a Portuguese colony back in the 16th centry.. a bit like hk like that, but was returned to china in 1999.

Anyway, was abroad the ferry (the slower and maybe the cheaper service)and it started swaying the way a seacraft should.. and we got the last few seats.. empty and near the toilet... coz we checked in too late. Halfway, i thought i was in sg's singapore river.. whahaha.. started seeing so many merlions lor. LOL.. only 15 mins out, already hear so many people puking.. whaha.. just that i didn't want to take pics of them puking.. i don't want to accumulate bad karma wor. Trying hard to sleep when suddenly i heard a very irritating person singing some songs.. omg.. tmd.. this ferry is not ktv leh.. even though i think he misses his homeland, he shouldn't wake me up from my sleep.. super pissed lor. And straight away, i can tell which country he is from. Sigh.. i so glad of so many things.

Reached there, and got a bit of a shock. Wahahaa.. it was soooooo different from hk! In hk, other than chinese, signboards were in english too.. but in macau, i think i'm seeing portuguese. LOL.. so blur it seems.. reached the terminal le and then got stuck for a while.. haha.. i think might be the slight seasick huh?

Then saw the curreny exchange sign. Didn't know that hk curreny is used in macau also.. whahaha.. searched in vain for the money changer lor.. whahaa.. but hk is slightly higher in value la.. so a bit bo hua. But changed liao change back also bo hua.. haha.. so its a lose lose situation.

Took their bus service to go sight seeing.. the buildings were all so unique lor.. a bit really like hk's version of sentosa. But too many places to go, and sadly, chose a few only becoz the rain followed us all the way from HK.. argh.. then my friend said, water is money.. (shui wei cai).. whahaa.. then i remembered, we are supposed to go casino to place some bets.

Took macau's minibus to one of the casino.. but midway, the minibus had a collision with a bus in front.. and i was seated in the front seat lor.. wahaha.. thankfully, it was a minor one, and no one was hurt. I think the bus driver fell asleep and lost the grip on his brakes.

Went to casino "sands" and was really awed by the sheer power of money! Waaaah! Everything also gold colour de lor.. wahahahaa.. but the 1st thing that caught my attention was that Sic bo (骰寶)/(大小) can be played by machines.. whahahahahaa.. super cute to see the dice jumping around in a dome lor.. wahhaha.. it was my 1st time in a casino wor.. coz i was underaged the other time i went to gentings with the village chief.. lol.. so was a bit shua ku la.

Then saw a lot more jackpot machines too.. mostly with aunties lor.. haha.. the ah peks are all at the tables there trying luck against the bankers. So walked around with HKD 500 (SGD 100) worth of chips in my hand.. The plan was, to dump all in one game and regardless of the result, just to accept it. But don't know why, during the placing of bets, 2 chips got left in my hand.. whahaha.. i only put in HKD 300 (SGD 60).. lol.. but the 1st time, won in sic bo against the banker. Wahaha.. and then decided it was time to stop. I must practice some discipline.. similar to market discipline wor.. earn enough and it was time to stop.. and not to stop only when there was nothing more to lose.

So for the rest of the time in the casino, i was walking around only.. wahaha.. and my friend kept winnig. I think must be the rain ba.. wahhaha.. anyway, i've covered my ferry ticket.. i'm glad contented enough. Oh ya.. no pictures can be taken in the casino wor..

After my friend had won "enough" (actually it was time for us to be back to catch our ferry).. then we left. Wahah.. on the way back, took a few more pics of some of the theme parks there. (was having a feeling of dejavu now.. hmmm.. everything seems so familar)

Was on the way back.. this time round, the trip was super comfortable.. haha.. i slept well.. till we are nearing hk again. This time, there was really a fireworks display. My lousy brick sized 2.0 megapix V2 couldn't keep up with the night vision wor. so had a handful of lousy pics.

The 3rd night was the earliest that we called it a day.. it was super crowded at tsim sha tsui.. so we moved back to jordan. Dinner was not very spectacular. Was back at hotel and we decide to polish off the black label. LOL.. with almost 5/8 of a bottle.. we brought in down to less than 1/4 in around an hour. LOL.. tah-ed a lot.. and it was really a super tah lor. Mixer and liquor ration of 1:1.. super disgusting taste. And after 3 tah or so.. my friend seh and went to the toilet to hug the toilet bowl. LOL.. (i can see it by the reflection of the mirror).. wanted to help him up but i was super seh myself too.. haven't been sleeping well wor.. and shortly after, i fell asleep with the tv still on. (eh.. i really wanted to finish that show leh.. haha.. a lot of midnight shows on their national day leh)

HK Trip: Day 2 - 30Jun07

Woke up quite early, the sun rises early too. Windows are still full of raindrops and the ground is still wet from the rain.

Anyway, walked across the hotel for morning tim sum type breakfast. But blur like sotong, didn't quite get the customs right. So the tea was actally for washing the chopsticks.. whahaha.. and to think that i actually drank the tea there.. maybe it could be used for consumption as well.. who knows? But i felt quite uncomfortable there.. a bit like out of place like that. LOL.. maybe coz they all speaks to me in canto.. and i can't understand them at all. Of coz, they get a bit pissed by me giving them the "i don't understand what you are saying" face.. then they repeat their sentence in the common language.

After breakfast went over to hong kong island for the shopping spree.. LOL. They were having their sales there, similiar to our GSS. Went to sogo at causeway bay and also the times square to do some shopping.. but sian, guys didn't have much flair for shopping.. whahaha..

After shopping, when to the hk convention center.. too bad 30th was the day where they had their celebrations of all sorts and i think some delegates were over at the convention center.. most roads were closed and i couldn't take a good shot of the "turtle".

By mid afternoon, we were at one of the longest conveyor belt. It was a up hill trip. Stopped by at soho.. but it was quite "ang mor" over there.. a bit like our holland v.. haha.. and the food there are mostly western.. plus, a lot of bars also. By then, it started raining heavily.. sian to meet up with rain lor. Bought an umbrella at 7-11.. but the umbrella wasn't that good.. and it cost a lot.. haha.. so sad. Had a non-eastern meal at soho.. lol.. we chose mexican.

Searched for a place to club for the night, but the weather was rather bad for a clubbing session.. haha.. imagine.. when you exit from the club, seh from the drinks.. and in the rain, had to find a cab or transport of somesort home.. lol.. what a lousy feeling. In the end, called off the plan.. but we did some walking at Lan Kwai Fong.

Went downhill before deciding on the trip to victoria peak by bus. Wow.. it was quite an uphill trip.. on a double deck bus too. The roads were narrow, and seems quite dangerous on a rainy day. Luckily it was an uphill trip, and hence the speed was slower.

Reached the peak at 5pm or so.. it was the eve of the 10 year anniversary of hk returning back to china, and so we thought that there might be some sort of fireworks. At the peak, there was some sort of EA games exhibitions.. whahaha.. and the games where all FOC! Played NFS and other games before deciding to move up to the peak tower. Was approached by the people of hk tourism board, and was asked a few questions.. lol.. i think they were quite interesting people lor.. haha.. so when they asked which country that i'm from, i'm so happy to reply "singaporean".. whahahaa... don't know why.. so glad that people had laid the foundations.

Waited till 7 or so when the buildings of central started lighting up.. whoa.. so nice, if not for the fog/cloud that covered them. Then worst still, the rain came.. argh... spoiled the whole show.. haha.. by then, it was pretty crowded at the peak tower.. LOL.. we started "camping" from 6pm till 8pm.. trying to get a good view of the fireworks display.. but it was a rain display... LOL.. don't know the people from hktb got the correct news or not.. said there was supposed to be a display. LOL.. pek chek from waiting in the rain, we decided to go back. Took the tram down... whaha.. it was rather fun wor.. the buildings were all slanted by more than 45 degrees.. too bad was on the wrong side of the tram.. didn't get a good view.

HK Trip: Day 1 - 29Jun07

Had to set off early in the morning on the 1st day coz our plane take off at 8 am. By right, need to reach the airport by 6 am. Made a critical mistake of not sleeping before the trip.. and it almost ruin the trip.

Reached airport at 6.30am. While checking in, one of the Cathay staff approaches us saying that he might need our help. He said that, they had overbookings on the flight and if they need our help, we might have to delay our takeoff by 2 hours on another plane.. but its on BUSINESS CLASS!!! LOL.. with no additional charges. But that is, if he needed us to move off from that flight. Also, he threw in a complimentary breakfast at Changi airport wor!.. haha.. FOC de. So while waiting for them to settle their issues, we ate the FOC breakfast.. Another mistake.

In the end, they settled it on their own, and we lost our chance of travelling by BC.. lol.. nevertheless, there was a USD 150 vouchers to spend on the plane for gifts.. lol.

The flight to HK wasn't that smooth.. given the FOC still fresh in my stomach and the in-flight breakfast, i almost puked my whole stomach out. LOL.. reached hk rather late because the flight was held up by heavy traffic. The plane had to circle in the sky and made my face greener than ever..

Finally arrived at HK, but still had to travel to our hotel.. The travel agency made people from different hotels to take the same bus, and ours was the 2nd last to alight.. omg... it took about another hour of travelling.

Reached hotel at around 3pm plus.. LOL.. super late lor.. and straight away, was out again. Went Tsim Sha Tsui to buy our tickets for macau trip on sunday.. and then i forgot where we ate. Hahah.. but had roast goose rice for lunch/dinner.. was still seh from the trip, and so didn't take any pictures.. lol. After buying the tickets, was back at hotel for touchdown before going all the way up by MTR to Ap Liu Street (ya liao jie).. but it was too late. They all were closed by then. So walked all the way down to the night market at tong choi street.. Too bad, didn't bring along any camera.. haha.. coz thought it was supposed to be nothing much. Well.. they gave me a feeling of bugis street wor.. Haha.

By then, i saw lots and lots of street food.. and some where quite unique. Even though i still had that puking feeling (i guess the plane had caused all my breakfast to get stuck at my throat).. but still it didn't stop me from eating! Sian that i didn't bring along my camera.. haha.. but i ate the famous curry fishballs and then there was this octopus leg in a very weird sauce. Also had a piece of smelly tofu.. haha.. but i think really must go tw and try theirs ba.

Walked all the way back to our hotel.. and it was very late.. and i forgot to mention that at hk DFS, we bought 1 black label to tah for our 4 days stay.... not to mention that i didn't sleep pior to the trip.. plus the late nights and early mornings in the coming days, it sure was a very tiring trip.

Back from HK

Back from HK yesterday night.. lol.. so tiring.

Overall, it wasn't as fun as i thought. I never liked travelling, and of coz, learnt a lot more during this trip. (especially my broken "canto")

HK is a place to buy things and eat things (directly from mai dong xi, chi dong xi.. lol). Of coz, my hobbies are quite unique too.. so didn't have much to buy.. but i ate a lot! Hahaha.. nice food they had.. of coz, i think i prefer jap food and tw food. (Really a lot of stalls in SG are emulating the hk style food until they don't seems to appeal).

And so, i had spent only half of what i bought there.. lol.. (plus won a bit in macau.. whahaha..)

Decided to split the entries based on the days.. haha.. if not, it'll be too messy to read and edit le.
