SNCO Way to Go!

This weekend was somehow different, especially from SNCO. Attended SNCO band practice with our guest conductor, Mr Jacomo~ LOL.. well, i didn't know who he was, and heard that he's from portugal.. and is NUS's conductor.. hmm.. not too sure also. I've been detached from the band world since i graduated from JC.

Was really nervous.. and i can't perform under stress. Thankfully, before i stepped in, i heard the familiar sound of the horn.. and wasn't the one from kj.. the moment i heard it, i knew, it was from the pioneer horn player.. mr zw. Oh ya.. and he brought along another horn player too. Well, i was so delighted! Haha.. for most of the practices, i've been alone.. no one to "guide" me in the event that i miscounted.. (i usually count wrongly.. - -) And so i don't know why, was so full of confidence. LOL.. support was definately there.. so glad. Was playing better than usual, even i was surprised. I guess, the whole band was really focused at that point in time.. Really impressive work by SNCO!

For the 1st time since WMC 2001.. they (we/me) finally picked themselves up.

I shall work harder too!

Band aside, rush home after practice from boonlay and then home.. then to punggol for the weekend mahjong camp.. i don't know, but it seems, luck wasn't bad.. not bad at all~ In total, won $20+ .. haha.. and the more spectacular stuffs.. i got 7 flower the moment i got my tiles.. lol. But as usual, that kind of attention will induce people to play fast rather than big. So in the end, didn't win that round. = =

Played till around 7am.. and still couldn't sleep. Finally fell asleep at 8am.. Woke up 3 hours later to another one of my "nightmare".. and i was feeling down for a while.. lol.. maybe coz i only slept for 3 hours.. haha.. not really bcoz of the dream ba.

And stayed till dinner, as usual, due to my greedy nature, dinner turned out to be a feast again. Hahaha.. Full, but tired. Stayed to watch the Scorpion king.. lol.. nice!

Ar.. so tired.. and before i realised, my weekend was gone again, but what really made my week was how SNCO have moved from the "burden" of SWE.. haha.. really, i'm so excited!
