Just Touching On It

So much details that i had forgotten most of it. The highlights of the past weekend was Camp Discovery.. it all went well.. very smooth.. until it became "camp recovery" on the third day... but still on the whole, it was very nicely done. Haha.. i never knew the Excos would manage that.. perhaps we had all learnt something during the past 1 year. But still, we are short of perfect, as all human are.. and as such, people getting injured and so on.

I had a great time at Costa Sand Resort at Sentosa.. though i didn't really sleep well on the first day and didn't want to endure the same 'torture' on the 2nd day of the camp by opting not to sleep. All of us excos are tasked to select the next batch of elites and hopefully can bring SRC to greater heights.. But i think i shall fade into the background after handing over. Put a lot more into SRC than the previous year and also putting a lot more money into my studies.. so had to study. Anyway, Camp D sort of summarise my duties as a Deputy Head of Welfare 05/06. Great memories, buddies and colleague.. in all, it was a great learning experience beyond the LT can offer us. Shall leave the rest of my "debrief" till the day i step down.. which is 3 more days.. ORD Loh!

Today was the interview for the excos.. saw and heard a lot .. almost 7 hours of non-stop action.. sad to say, some had to make way for others.. not that they are weaker.. just maybe the other was more suitable.. it was, afterall up to themselves.. 7 hours is a lot.. and i think i need another good sleep after last night's 13 hour sleep.. haha..

Went to school finally after a week 'break'.. intended to reach early.. so i set of early. But the bus came late and then there was a jam at PIE.. what to do? I can plan until 'swee swee' but just cannot avoid the chain of events.. haha.. i think i should switch back to taking 74 someday and hope that NP students won't not overcrowd the bus. And i though being late was bad enough.. i reached to realise that there was a LBO test.. ahaha.. didn't know at all and so as usual didn't study.. and so i just wrote nonsense in order to pass time.. but then in the end don't know why i handed in the script.. haha.. i think Mr Ram would get a heart attack after seeing it.. lol..

Exams are coming.. after handing over, i should be geared up and ready to go.. but still had to clear 1 more month of work in order to earn back the 1.8k paid to RELC.. i will do my best.. and hopefully everyone will get good results.
