Been so Long

Been so long since i last updated.

Was very much agitated by spondylitis these few days, and as expected, it was difficult to overcome when it overwhelmed. When 'chronic' and 'pain' are put together, the effect is indescribable. Unfortunately, my work doesn't seems to complement AS, as yet. Thankfully, i still had "magic pill" to turn to.. though not blocking 100% of the pain. Actually it was the same $1.65 per pill painkiller that was prescribed by my specialist at ttsh. It still works, and it worked well for a day at least. If not, i'll be like walking on the massaging pebbles 24/7. And just like that, it's been ten long years with arthritis.. maybe i can pop a champagne or what.

Just hoped that it was due to the erratic weather these days, and that the flare episodes would subside soon.

Played the piece "friends for life" at scc last sunday, and suddenly i missed the good old secondary school days. Those, were perhaps the "best days of my life". Certain things, i don't have to say anymore.. coz i've said it.

This year, and the CF would have been established for 20 years. And for the next 20 years? I really don't know. Already competition is keen, and even those not in the line are coming in to share the pie. Not only that, the supplier are bypassing the distributors by selling direct. If this keeps on, traditional biz will definitely not last another generation. Yet, the CF being the fruits of vader's labour, it cannot end just like that. I still don't know what will happen, but i will, if i can, do my best for the CF. Meanwhile, i embarked on a dream, my own dream.. hoping to find my niche market, and hopefully a more defined future.

Anyway, there'll be a buffet lunch at the CF this coming sat at amk ind park.. all are welcomed. =) The first time i'll be joining as a staff instead of a guest.. lol.. and i know i'll be clearing up afterward this time round. I'm looking forward.. of coz, for the roast pig. Heard that the vader ordered 2 of it.. and i already tasted it the week before at the "zhong yuan hui" dinner. Plus, there will be crabs too! Specially for the seafood lovers.

Biz is slow these days, mainly due to the seventh month. Certain jobs are postponed and night shift are sometimes cancelled. So there'll be less jobs for us too. Sometimes the CF quiet until scary.
